LOVE NP++. Am converting to it after using Ultra Edit for many years. I use Microsoft Visual Source Safe. When I configure it to open NP++ and choose to open a file from VSS when NP++ is not opened, NP++ opens properly with the requested file. If I leave NP++ opened, go back to VSS to open another file, the second file will not open. It looks like NP++ is not recognizing a call to open a file when it is already opened.

Did you allow multiple instances of NP++? This is likely to be the issue, as VSS presumably doesn't care about there being an instance of NP++ already and simply asks the OS to open NP++ with some cmdline arguments.

I could not find anything in NP++ that would change whether it allows multiple instances. However, I must have done something wrong before or was half asleep. It is working the way that I want.
