- Pictogram is something where you don't need to read texts and tell your brain
directly what it means, liek a monkey see banana,
he know in a split of seconds.
- Because in notepad++ , plugin developer can be anywhere from the world,
they could may not have icons thenself time to create,
- notepad++ core can simply read the parameter,
put a default icon if there is no icon provided by himself

I did not criticise your idea at all, just asked about an organisational issue. As I mentioned, technically speaking, it wouldn't be hard to add. The only criticism I'd make is that, for visually impaired people, pictograms are not that much easier to read than text, specially if they are small. But after all displaying them could be made optional, so this objection shouldn't be a hurdle.
So, I am not sure of how relevant your latest post is, but who cares. Put your idea on IdeaTorrent since this is the preferred place to conveniently gather and assess feature requests, people will vote on it on their own - I know, it's a little difficult currently - and that will be it.
If anything was, or remains, unclear in my point, please feel free to email me privately.

It wouldn't be very difficult to add. But who would porovide the icons?
