Besides using NP++ as a great substitution of notepad.exe to view text files on Windows I also use it as log file viewer for a telnet client (putty).
The problem is that lines are coming with NULL characters and NP++ shows it as NUL in white foreground color and black background color and also inserts a blank line right after the NUL character. As a result log is quite unreadable.
I looked for option which will allow me to disable such behavior but didn't find one.
Please advise.

However, I use these logs very frequently for my work, so it can be pretty annoying. Besides, I looks like it is a matter of NP++ configuration and I just can't find it. So if anybody knows how to do that, please let me know.

While it's far the perfect solution, surely it's possible to do a simple find and replace with the characters to make the logs readable?
