Hey all. I'm trying to add to the built-in assembly highlighting scheme. I went to Settings->Style Configurator and selected Assembly on the left. I then selected "MATH INSTRUCTION" and added LDI to the list. However, NP++ isn't highlighting it. I've tried closing/reopening the file. I've tried deselecting and reselecting Assembly from the "language" menu.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,

Your settings were saved to the wrong file. Try adding a zero byte length file named doLocalConf.xml along Notepad++. You may lose other config elements, but your change will stick. If the file is there, try removing it instead.
The conflicting configuration files are in the %APPDATA%\Notepad++\ directory.

Disregard my above post. It sort-of worked. Now it retains about half of the settings about half of the time. Sometimes it will be completely reset, other times it won't. The times it's not reset some of the settings don't stick like font and font size. Totally weird. I'll try uninstalling, wiping everything, and reinstalled to see if that helps. In the meantime any suggestions?

*wishes there was an edit post button*
A re-install fixed everything. I find it odd though, since I had a fresh installation anyway. Anywho, thanks for all the help.
