Most plugins just require the DLL file to be copied to the plugins directory (probably c:\Program FIles\Notepad++\plugins). Some need some extra files copying to the Notepad++ directory itself, but there's normally instructions.
You might try the plugin manager plugin, which will download and install all the other plugins for you - you just select which ones you want. Obviously you need to install the plugin manager plugin manually, but that's only means copying one file in the plugins directory, and one in the updater directory under notepad++ (e.g. C:\Program Files\Notepad++\updater).
