Must be ANSI and Unicode.
The Unicode version can handle Unicode characters in path names and keyboard input, the ANSI version doesn't. In doubt, use Unicode. ANSI will be discontinued in some distant future.

I'm upgrading to new version, but there are two version in zip file ANSI & UTF-8.
What id the difference between them, I'm not sure which one to use?
