Notepad++ doesn't seem to be saving my window size in Windows 7. When I "relaunch" N++, i.e. if I "open with" a file from Explorer, the file opens, and N++ resizes to its initial size. Very annoying when I have N++ sized to half the screen to see two things at once and it never persists! I can't find an option in the settings to address this, is it a bug or is there something I'm missing?

I'll wait until there are specific ones for Win7, so that it doesn't screw up the Win7 "half-maximize" shortcuts that are so handy. In the meantime, some other editors including Dreamweaver don't display this behavior, so I guess I'll have to drop NP++ for long coding sessions until I find a fix.

You can make a feature request on IdeaTorrent to optionally save the window coordinates of Notepad++ in the session file (for example).

Get a free window manager off the net, and check it will work on Windows 7.
I'd recommend HandyThing v3.05 (subsequent versions are not free). Will it work on Win7? I don't know, works on XP.
