Print all open docs and Preserve settings

    I would like to see a feature of the app that i could print all docuements that i have open to a printer, instead of going from doc to doc and having to select print. 

    When doing that, i noticed another issue.  I was sending my code to a printer/copier and told it to print double sided and stapled.  When i selected the next document, it reset back to the default printer instead of the last one i selected.  I noticed that even after successfully printing to a different printer once, the next time i hit print it was back to the default on the same document.  Most apps seem to remember what printer you selected and only revert to the default when you close and reopen the app.

    Just my $0.02.

      I'd say there is an IdeaTorrent uitem on this, but the voting system has been broken as SF implemented its new UI. They "are working on it". When they do and cast votes are remembered, then it will help.

      I've just started using npp, but agree that the print all pages option would have come in handy many times.

        I would like to take this even further:
        I also want to select a couple of files in explorer and do rightmousebutton click and "print with notepad" shell extension.

        Now I have to choose "print" and then standard windows notepad will open the document and print it.
        I want NotePad++ to open the file(s) and print it.

      Sometimes I have to print a lot of single files... To save paper and space, I always print double-sided...  And on every file I have to set the print options again and again and again.... because
      a) there is no print all tabs or all selected tabs function
      b) there is no saving of the print options....

      If you search the forum there are a lot of peaple who have the same problem...
      There is also an official "Feature Request" which is unfortunately open since 2005 !!!!!!!!!!!!! :-(

      I really like NP++, but for printing multiple files it is just horrible, unsuitable, not user-friendly and definitelynot recommendable...

      Couldn't you guys fix that??? Can't be that hard NOT to reset the print options every time you open a new document... or to print multiple files together....
