I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I can't get the User Defined Language feature to work in 5.4.4. I open a file, select User Defined from the Language menu, and open the User Define dialog, but changes I make there aren't reflected in the open document. If I save my definition, the XML file appears in %appdata% and the new language is on the menu, but selecting it does not apply highlighting to the file.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Aaron.

The document must be highlighted with the UDL you are working with. If creating a new language, save it, apply highlighting and reopen UDL panel.

Did you specify extensions for your language, and does any of them match the one for your file?
Again, if creating a new UDL, I'd close and reopen N++ expecting this sort of glitches to just vanish.

Sorry, nevermind, it's my own fault. I had switched in an older version of SciLexer to work around the Pascal parsing issue, and that broke UDL. When I put the right SciLexer in, UDL worked as expected.
