I am using both windows Vista and Windows 7 and every time I make a change in the shortcut mapper, the short cut only gets changed during that notepad++ session. When I re-open notepad++, my shortcuts are no longer configured and revert back the way they were....

I use Notepad++ with Windows 7 and most of plugins shortcuts don't work for me even Notepad++ is launched with admin privileges.
For example, Shift +Ctrl + F shortcut of MultiClipboard plugin doesn't work.
Never mind! I found the answer. Just right click Notepad++ and run as administrator before configuring any shortcuts on notepad++ Vista/Windows 7.
