In textpad I used to highlight and copy a string which includes several CR and LF, paste it in the search box and replaced it by a different string.
In notepad++ it won't let me do it. Highlighting such a string (including some CR and LF over at least 2 lines) and then opening the '...Replace' dialog, only automatically shows about 50% of that string in the 'Find what' field. It won't even let me copy and paste the full string in that field.
Any way to find and replace such complex strings?
