To reprodcue the bug, open a new document, choose Format as "Encode in ANSI", and Language as "Assembly" or "MATLAB". Type or copy into the editor some Tradional Chinese character such as "桌面" (encoded as "ae e0" and "ad b1" respectively in ANSI).
An access violation will occur.
