packages from Bioconductor project have vignettes, which are pdf files. When I try to open one from RKWard help browser, it doesn't launch any pdf viewer, and I just get a window full of garbage. My work-around is to run help.start and specify firefox as the browser. Is there a way to make RKWard handle the pdf files properly, though?
Thanks.

Apologies for the long delay. That's a bug in the RKWard help browser, and I see no other workaround in current released versions of RKWard.
However, this should now be fixed in the development versions on both the KDE 3 and KDE 4 branches. If you would like to take a look without waiting for the next official release, see http://p.sf.net/rkward/svn .
