Our old wiki was terribly broken for some time. We now have a new wiki at http://apps.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/rkward/ . Unfortunately, getting access is still not easy, but here are the instructions: http://apps.sourceforge.net/mediawiki/rkward/index.php?title=Help:Wiki_Editing .
