I am using pyDev and wxPython and the standard output and standard error is going to a console window when it is running. I tried running app = wx.app(False), but then I don't have any output at all.

Please ask in the wxPython list (I think that's not really related to Pydev, but to wxPython -- I don't think Pydev does anything special regarding that).
