I found a way to solve this probelm.
I use the Nopepadd++ 5.0.3 for Chinese Language. So the expression of some details operation may be wrong with the other Language.
First, I choose the lines for repalces.
Then,press CTRL+H, selection the extend options(\n,\r,\t...).
,type "\n\n" in target find text-box,type "\n" in replace text-box.
At last, hit the "replace all" bottom.

In a document, I choose several lines, then I want to delete the line which have nothing infomation except a ENTER character.
