If used windows explorer's search feature to look for something and got back a list of files, you can just select them all and either drag to an open instance of NP++, or right-click -> Edit in Notepad++ to load them all into NP++.
From there, you can just replace using the "Replace all in all opened documents" button.

First of all: please do search the forums before asking anything that is likely to have been answered before. Read the thread about searching Notepad++ forums. You may have to search for this one visually in the forum's first page, it is still actual.
Again, the advice is simply to use Agent Ransack to (regex) find the files you are looking for, select them all and open them in Notepad++. But you may not even have the need to use Notepad++ if you want to perform a simple replace action. TextCrawler can do that for you. Please, read the threads referenced in the message above.

I would like to know this as well. There should be an option to load all files that were results from a search.

i have a bunch of local files in a folder and it's subfolders.
i want to do a search and replace on the whole thing.
i search ... and it returns 324 hits. great.
it shows the hits in the results window. how do i open all of those to perform the replace action?
