I having Proplem with replace

i need to replace a line that start with same word but rest of the line is not same but i have to replace the whole line with Nothing

Like this

Repalce line that start with Old

Old men go to the mon
The women is good
Old Girls are

So tha line 1 and 3 chage to Nothing.
