    I observed the following problems in versions 5.0 and above (5.0, 5.02, 5.03):
    If I edit several files and employ the command
    "Replace all in all opened documents"
    then NotePad++ commits serious errors:
    the replacement string is inserted into the very beginning of the files.
    In other words:  NotePad++ 5.0, 5.02 and 5.03 spoils the files.
    This effect appeared in two computers, both of them are virus-free.

    When I went back to version 4.92, NotePad++ worked again perfectly.
    Accordingly I use 4.92 and switched off the autoupdate.

    Does anyone knows the reason?
    Thanks and best regards: Gabor.

      It's a second effect of clickable link feature.
      Disable this option (via Preferences dialog->MISC) will remedy this problem.
      This bug will be fixed in the next release.
