It seems (from) today I will have to use the new Sourceforge website layout as well.
I dislike this for the following reasons:
- every link I open is reloaded with /&abmode=1 added to it.
This means my browser history (current history for the Back button as well as the general history) get filled up with double links. It's really not necessary to take twice as much space for visiting those pages. Now I can't even use the Back button anymore, because the very same page (with the clean link) will be opened, actually re-loading the changed link with the abmode part added to it. When wanting to open a visited link from the Address Bar I have to scroll twice the number of entries through the list. Why oh why does SF put me through this?
- the Forum Search functionality seems to have gone.
Why is that? Do we really want only more questions asked again and again because we can't even perform a simple search for items straightaway?

This also goes for any link opened from the forum itself. They don't have the abmode part, so these will be added when reloaded from the link without it. What a f**lsh*t!

Using what browser? I don't see that behavior here in Firefox 3.0 - Back and Forward work as expected. The Search box is still there on the top right, too.

Forum is one of sourceforge's web applications that I can do nothing about it.
Ask rather sourceforge's team for such problem.

I was using Internet Explorer 6, but now I check FireFox and get that good old layout (back), too.
