i am going to implement manufacturing workflow of a small scale industry but i don't have any idea how i start. Plz tell me from starting to end point.

I think there will no cooking recipe for each business. But here at bazaar real good men and maybe women who can help you. Maybe give some more information and we will see how we can help you.
There's although a chance to book a training or let help you by some implementors. They have the knowledge and manpower you need.

a)I have to manufacture a finish product as a "Splinder".
b)For this i will need raw material, Machine(M001), Mould(it is type of submachine as "SP1/ALL/01") and man power(worker).
Description:-
When i open Manufacturing Management Window i think following windows are important as follows:-
1)Resource Type
2)Manufacturing Resource
3)Manufacturing Workflow
4)Bill OF Material
5)Manufacturing Order
Requirment:-
When i go for manufacturing the "Splinder" i have to capture the detail like which machine,mould and worker detail according to their shift.
So Plz tell me as soon as possible how i will achieve my above requirement.
It's too urgent.

2.-Create your resource Type this will determinate the capacity for your resource
3.-Create your resource (Production Line , Work Center , Work Station)
3.-Create a Manufacturing workflow (routing) where you define the process to manufacturing your product, so you need define each step the process and assign the resource where will execute the work.
4.-Create the BOM to manufacturing your product, you need define if will use BOM or Formulas.
5.-Create Manufacturing Document .
6.-Use the BOM and workflow to create a new Manufacturing order
7.-Change the Document status from draft to in process
8.-Use Component check
9.- if your component are available then use Print & Release Order
10.-use Order Receipt & issue to report the component and finish good.
this process is only to management material if you need activity control (Shop Floor Control) then is necessary use Activity Control Report to register the duration real and activities.

If this is your first implementation, and you are time stressed, I strongly suggest that you engage an ADempiere consultant, after all this is mission critical stuff what you are asking for.

The libero manual can help ypu.
This are some general step to setup.
1.-Define a Resource as Plant
2.-Create your resource Type this will determinate the capacity for your resource
