It is not documented on your website but Notepad++ will install flawlessly on Linux with Wine. I have not tested all versions but the newest debian release works.
I prefer NP++ over ScITE and I don't have the time to work on compiling source.

installed version 5 on wine and keep getting - hself == null
and exception 999
version 4.with latest update worked ok
any ideas
