Hi.
I've added my own Syntax Highlighting called 'ESP' and I just added the 'ESP.xml' in the APIs directory do have a parameter list.
Yes - the Auto Completion works fine, but none of my parameters are shown :(

Here I uploaded the XML - maybe you can help me :)

  please remove the es. part in all functions, calltips do not work with anything other than az09_ . Calltips have no support for namespaces
