I have just intalled notepad, and I also have set it as default editor for my windows xp instead of standard notepad, but when I try to open any text file by double clicking in it, I obtain always the same message:
Configurator: Load langs.xml failed!
Please: any help to solve this problem!

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Notepad++ and delete langs.xml. When I had this problem, langs.xml was 0kb. As soon as I started Notepad++, it recreated itself.

Could it be possible that you are the only person experiencing this problem?

Had this problem too since installing on Win7 x64 ultimate - the lang.xml was indeed 0kb, and deleting it helped.
