Explorer plugin crashes NP++ 4.9

    Hi there,

    I love NP++, and find the Explorer plugin essential to the way I work.  Recent versions of NP++ crash when the Explorer plugin is enabled. :(

    I'm not sure which version introduced the crash, but I upgrade to the latest version and now it crashes.  I also did a fresh installation, and it still crashes when I enable the Explorer plugin.

    Anyone else seeing this? Or know of a workaround?

      Hi Jens,

      It still crashes.  When I enable the plugin, I get the Windows "Send Error" dialog ... and NP++ crashes.

      I'd be happy to help diagnose and fix this problem.  If you need any info, please ask!!

        Ok, please can you tell me your OS. Also it would be good if you can send me your Favorites.dat and the Explorer.ini file. Have a look for my eMail address in one of the help dialogs:

        - HexEdit
        - Explorer
        - SpellChecker
