Currently dragging tabs between rows in a Multi-line Tab Bar is a bit of a hit and miss. When you drag the active tab to a different row of the tab bar, Notepad++ will rapidly switch between the rows to make the current active row on the bottom. This makes it very hard to drag tabs between rows. If this is unclear, just create a whole lot of tabs in a window and try to drag a tab on the bottom row to the top to see what i mean.
Would it be possible to change the way dragging tabs works by locking this "place active tab row on the bottom" feature until the user has released the mouse button. So if i click a tab to drag it, Notepad++ will not switch the rows so that the active tab is on the bottom row until i have released the mouse button.
This is the only thing that is annoying me in this wonderful program.
