You accidently closed Notepad++, but you want to be able to close it to the tray???
Do you mean anything similar as other Close to tray requests posted before?
If so, reply to those threads to not start the same discussion all over again unnecessarily.

I've read the other posts on the subjet and I think what i'm suggestuing is has a small difference...
My suggestion is to put in options a checkbox "Close to tray"... if activated when the user click the "X" (close button) in the form... the application only goes to tray (vanish from screen and from taskbar) mantaining all documents open...
Of course on a click in the tray icon will restore it!
If the user who has that option activated ("Close to tray checkbox") wants to close the application must go to File->Close...

Please... in the next revision put a option to close to tray...
I know theere is a "minimize to tray" option but i found myself several times hit the close button and then had to reopen several files...
it'a a easy implement option and I think many will benefit from it!!!
