[Request] Make ESC close "about"

Every time I forget what version I'm running and open the "about" box, I try to close it by hitting the ESC key. But that never works. Could it?
This is obviously a trivial issue, but it seems to me that many/most "about" boxes will go away when you hit ESC.

Another approach would be to have the version and build number always visible somewhere on the main window.
My personal opinion is that that could get cluttered. But I do not feel strongly about it. Maybe it's just me, but I automatically just go for ESC to close an about box...
