is it possible to not load the LGCL terms during ccm load-bundle?
I know I can use com.arsdigita.aplaws.lite_load=true
but is there a way to just totally not use the default ones?
we really don't need those. We will put in our own terms,categories etc..

Loading categories is done in ccm-ldn-aplaws. Currently, you can't omit it and the minimum set of categories is loaded anyway. It it hard work (direct modification of the database) to delete those categories.
I can provide you with a replacement module we developed for our own purposes. It loads only 3 example navigation categories which can easily be modified or deleted. Alternatively I could send you a description (and some scripts) to delete unneeded categories from the database.
