i just figured out - again - that scrolling while having a selected text draged
is not possible.
i.e. in MS Explorer or MS word you can move the mouse to to top or bottom window element to make it scroll while dragging an object.
this is very useful if you want to edit something without chaning the clipboard.
ps: is there a preffered way to post request? tracker or forum or both?

it is a good feature. i back to you.
press ctrl, and drag a block of text, this copied-text can only be copied in the range of screen but not to anywhere of the file.
right! :-)
i totally forgot that. If you're used to this behaviour it's annoying not to have it.

the only editor which is able to do that - that i found - is ultraedit
This feature won't be implemented since it needs to modify in Scintilla.
Use clone mode instead.
