I wanted suggest to add the option - force to use encoding. For example I use only UTF-8 without BOM (the same "ANSI as UTF8") in my projects, but every time I open my previous created files the "UTF-8 without BOM" encoding is not recognized (it shows ANSI) and I always need to change this encoding back to "UTF-8 without BOM" to not change encoding, and that really annoys me, because I don't want to use another encoding and even if I open file which is encoded in ANSI, I still want the file to be saved as UTF without BOM.
I hope thats not a problem to make this, because I believe I'm not the one :)
