Notepad++ / Discussion / [READ ONLY] Help: Favorites causes notepad++ to hand

I'm using Explorer plugin v1.7.2 and notepad++ v4.3

In favorites, when I add a group and another subgroup under [Files] it causes notepad++ to hand. When I exit and relaunch notepad++ all my favorites have disappeared.

Any ideas?

  what does it? I don't know the expression "to hand". Does Notepad freeze? Occours an exception/crash? However, I have here no problem with creating subgroups in Explorer. The only known issue is the handle leak at the moment. Do you work on XP?
