Open a ANSI text file,then change the display code(not convert),such as UTF-8.Then change the display code back to ANSI.And then you can just select a half of a Chinese character.
The version of Notepad++ is 4.8.2

Is this a bug or an improvement? Some people complain they can't get Chinese characters shown...
