Hi,
Would it be possible that Filters and Directory be stored and reused for the next search ?
Actually, we're always forced to reselect the directory and many times the filters which depend of the actual file type of the current window.
My wish is to fix the source directory of a multi files project, to fix a set of extension in the filters, and to use them many times, to search something in all files of my project.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
I second this request. I do use the Explorer option "Find in Files ..." to set the directory name. But I am getting frustrated having to manually reset the filters list so many times. In my present project the list I want is "*.php *.css *.html". Is there any possibility to make a default list configurable in one of the .xml config files? And not have it change depending on the currently open file?
Thanks. Notepad++ is undoubtedly a terrific effort, and I thank you for it.
