Hello i have tried to install a style but in the install directory there is no stylers.xml. only stylers.model. i have replaced that file but it did not work.
Can somebody help me?

Perhaps turning on (show known) extensions in windows explorer may be an eye-opener.
I have done what you said and then restarted my computer but it is not the solution to my problem.

Its in APPDATA, type %APPDATA% in your path and search for Notepad++
