So I've run a command using F5 or Run->Run...  I then saved the command as a shortcut called "SQL Plus" with a shortcut of ALT + S.  In an effort to update the command I tried to save over it.  This only resulted in two shortcuts listed in the Run menu.  Both called SQL Plus and both with a shortcut of ALT + S.  I then decided to update Notepad++ in the hopes that someone had added a shortcut delete function.  No luck.  Does anyone know how I can delete these shortcuts from my Run menu?  Thank you.

Never mind, I figured it out.

My Run Menu item did NOT have a shortcut key. When I hit the Delete key on my keyboard nothing happened.

It turns out that you have to right click on the line that you want to work on and select either Modify or Delete.

That stewpid right click action gets me again! Maybe the Run help page should be updated.

Go to Settings > shortcut mapper.  Click the run commands button on the top.  From there you can delete old mapped shortcuts

This method only lets me delete the assigned hotkey, but the Run Menu item still remains.

I have also read that editing the shortcuts.xml file, but I do not see the extra commands listed in that file. There are no recently modified files in the NPP++ directory. When I use NPP++ to scan that directory and all sub-dirs for the text of the Run Menu item that I wish to remove the text is not found.

How can I delete a Run Menu item?
