Other editors have the feature to copy bookmarked lines, can Notepad++ please have this as well.
It's very useful to copy bookmarked lines from say large log files and then drop them in another pane for editing there.
That way I can drop my current editor for notepad++

Okay it is possible by copying the specific word (from the lines you want to filter) to teh clipboard with a simple copy. Then using TextFX Viz as you surggested to make the other lines invisible where the word does not appear. The next stop is to then select all of the visible lines and then get TextFX Viz to copy those. These can then be pasted into a new text window.
So, it can be done but it's very long winded for really an operation that a lot of other editors like Textpad and ULtraedit have.
I will now use notepadd++ but please could we have this as a menu command line feature in future?

I would embark on the feature request, since the 'find and bookmark' mechanism also allows searching for regexp etc.
It should be not too difficult to implement a 'Copy marked lines'

Have a look at Plugins | TextFX Viz. It doesn't interact with bookmarks but it may be able to accomplish the same goal.

You can make this process much easier by checking:
Plugins | TextFX Settings | +Move quick menus out of 'Plugins' menu
This process doesn't seem substantially easier with traditional bookmark tools and bookmarks can only accomplish a subset of what Viz can do.

It's up to Don. This isn't practical for a plugin.

I'd like this feature too please :)
I would like to see this feature added also. While there are several features I would like to see, this is my number one request.
What ever happened with this feature request?
I am switching over from TextPad to NotePad++ and would love to see a Copy->Other->Bookmark lines and Delete->Other Bookmark lines similar to Textpad.
Thanks
I have used the TextFX workround with a "non-regex" searches, but it does not work with regex searches. This would be a killer feature!!!
Will you kill yourself if you find out it DOES?
