Notepad++ 4.8.x incorrect characters

Bug: There are incorrect characters since 4.8.0 (in hungarian language). P, q and other characters apperaring instead of ő, Ő. 4.7.5 still works fine. Sorry for my english!

I should have looked at SF before..
I confirm, in polish language only 'ó' is correct(right alt+o), the others are incorrect e.g. 'ł','ć','ź','ż','ą'... all this characters with 'right alt+l,x,z,a,e,c....'
Yes, Russian too.
Also cyrilic leters (all of them) are incorrect.
This is how some letters look now:

The hungarian characters aren't cyrilic leters, and worked fine before 4.8.0.
