Do you have Javascript turned on? Also, I think Sourceforge's servers may be acting up a little from time to time. You might also want to force-reload (usually Shift+Reload) the page and let it load as much as it can; your browser might be calling up some incomplete or broken files from a previous laggy/failed attempt to load the N++ site.

Ok, one never should design websites so that users w/o JavaScript sees the page all messed up... I should know, I'm a web designer/coder.
Why not JavaScript?
- it makes browsing very slow
- it doesn't REALLY bring any advantages to the plain web browsing
- it's SLOW.. did I mention that already
- websites w/ JS are SLOW LIKE HELL

I have this funny kind of feeling that repeating information a number of number of times could also possibly make browsing a web site on the internet on your computer just slightly a little somewhat slower, that is it will take some more time to load and to display on that very same computer you want to view that web site on the internet on.

What's up with the garbled website? It has been broken for a long time now. Some images do not load, hor. scrolling, etc.
