Thanks a lot for this great editor.

I would like to suggest the following.

You could add an option to save a file in a temporary place and then open it in another program. For example, I would like to write C++ code and then send the code to MS Visual C++ Compiler. Now, I have to save the file, then go to my save folder, double click it and open it with my compiler. It would be great if you could add this option as an extra future to the Run menu for example.
