We would like to use notepad++ for editing LaTeX files in a publishing environment. I am very impressed with it. But some of our full-time typesetters absolutely require that when text is selected and you type or paste, that the selected text is not replaced. MS Word and UltraEdit, WinEdt and others have this feature. Some allow you to choose if the pasted or typed text comes in before or after the selected text.
Can anyone tell me how to go about adding this as a toggle in notepad++?
