Can we have options to reload modified files in new tabs, to have a prompt to reload modified files in new tabs, to automatically reload modified files in new tabs, to reload modified files in new foreground tabs, to reload modified files in new background tabs?

I would like to see this as well,
I like to compare the new file with the old one and the Doc-Updater would prevent this,
or if it was a manual button, I could see the old press it and see the current file.

Perhaps it would be easier to create one single thread about your Reload Button Plugin in which you describe what it does, where it can be downloaded and how it can be set up. Don't forget to mention to remove any other occurrence of the same shortcut (like F5) from the Shortcut Mapper.
You could then simply refer to this thread, that would also be on top of the list and by its title alone might attract interested users.

Just use the Compare Plug-In and don't ask for options that may be confusing to other users.
yeah, however i would appreciate one button for reload all (yes to all) and one for none (no to all).
To reload the current file you can use my ReloadButton plugin which can be downloaded here: http://www.jhaefner.de/Download/ReloadButton.zip
You can give it a shortcut (like F5) with NPPs shortcut manager.
