btw windows notepad seems to be the only notepad that works correctly
among all third party ones as most of them dont offer Language environment support!

the translations look good so far
but the right to left controls are not detected or implemented properly
please make a note here or somewhere if you are fixing, so i can test
or make a beta strictly for testing Language environment things and if it matures enough you will add it
im sure many will help it to mature even more then.

the right to left Language environment NP++ behaves strange
as it still tries to do everything in the ordinary left to right way
like when highlighting, typing .etc
what makes it absolutely impossible to make anything of it
also the fonts look very outdated meaning they lookslike they came from an old dos system
in short there maybe other better stuff to use for "right to left Language environment"
but i wouldn't know what machineries are available for that same as i don't know what is used here
