I would strongly advise to rewrite this piece of code, since the WHERE clause doesn't seem to belong to the SELECT statement it is placed under directly!

Unfortunately, after a # there is no more syntax highlighting on the same line for the SQL language.
and then...? does it will be fixed?
this will never be fixed because "#" is the start character from comment.
I cann't believe that to fix this bug is impossible,because it looks does not like a high-end technology.
Then look for similar reports and an explanation on one of (the other) fora.
