Notepad++ is a great utility and far better than Notepad but one thing I wanted to know,is it possible that Notepad++ in future would become an online web app,so that one can create files using Notepad++ online and save it to his computer and edit it using Notepad++ online as well,one would just need an online account for Notepad++ to manipulate and create files stored on the computer or on a removable drive,is it possible,can it be done,will it be done?

I see no reason for this. See Portable Notepad++.
Why would you want it the difficult way?
