as i know adempiere does not support cost center
i want to use it as a cost collector, as financial cost center concept is normally used
is there any alternate solution ?
or is there any module correspond to cost center ?

Adempiere support cost center using organization setup, have a look at the organization and organization type setup. Also, you might want to turn on the transact organization element in your accounting schema to handle this.

I have a little problem with this kind of cost center assume you have a
cash book for org A and org A have different cost centers when you want to
use cost centers of org A in cash line, line organization ( that is cost center) is different from header
organization hence, after post document we have two account element
Inter company due from - inter company due to , that is wrong for cost center
is that right ?

out of the box you can use either ad_org_id, ad_orgtrx_id or c_activity_id to use as cost center. Customization work is required if you need more than that.

OrgTrx is one of those free dimensions to cover unpredicted situations when implementing. So you can freely use it.
Also you can use Activity as correctly pointed out by Heng Sin although I'm not sure about its accounting sanity when it comes to manufacturing, since IIRC cost center and activity are different concepts -please somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
