I dock windows manager at the top of npp.
Then I set a file to "go to another view"
Window manager correctly splits into 2 as well.
But the second screen does not have a vertical scrollbar when the file list becomes longer than what can be shown.
Is this a known issue?
Also, is it possible to sort by name or path in the window manager file listings?

Now it is a know issue ;). I will publish a fix this weekend.
