Please clear all you settings (also in APPDATA) and try again, afaik the only thing that can make FTP_s crash is running the Unicopde version on an ANSI OS w/o any unicode support and (I find it unlikely) a malformed configuration file. Thats the only thing FTP_s does with its environment.
Try switching between the ANSI and Unicode version aswell.

FTP synchronize plugin is really good to use. But Notepad++ Crashes most of the times when we click the disconnect icon in the FTP window.

Mine seems to handle it fine. Did you add the plugin later, or did you get the plug in with the most recent version of Notepad++?
If an added plugin, it may be benificial to install the most recent version.
4.8.2 crashes on me too, inmmediately at startup. De-install and reinstall doesn't help. 4.7.5. works. XP SP2.
Does the zipped version crash also?
