We use version control software that constantly causes Notepad++ to think there was a change in the file. (It's most likely a change in the ReadOnly property or something like that.) When this happens, any bookmarks I have set in my file are wiped out. I'd like to see Notepad++ keep the bookmarks even after a change in the file has been detected.
