    Go to
    
    C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Notepad++\shortcuts.xml; your macro should be there, IIRC.

  GUI way: Open shortcut mapper (Settings->Shortcutmapper), find the macro, rightclick and select delete.
